Installing a Replacement L208 Wireless Sensor

1. Note the orientation and location of the sensor currently installed: It's crucial that the replacement sensor is installed in the exact same orientation and location to maintain the same view.
2. Remove the sensor that will be replaced: Carefully detach the sensor from its mount.
3. Activate the replacement sensor: Slide the switch to the ON position, away from the dot, to power on the sensor. The dot indicates the OFF position. The LED indicator should flash red, confirming that the sensor is powered.
   
   • Note the six-character sensor ID on the sticker found on the side; This will be used in a later step.
      
     
     
     
     
     
4. Install the replacement sensor: Using the orientation and location noted in step one, mount the replacement sensor.
5. Enter the sensor ID within the Installer Tool: Navigate to the sensor icon for the previously installed sensor, and replace the existing ID with the six-character ID of the newly installed sensor.
   • If you do not have access to the Installer Tool, provide the sensor ID to your Customer Success Manager, or contact VergeSense support (support@vergesense.com).
