Restarting Your Wireless (L208) Sensor

If you need to restart your wireless sensors (L208 models), follow the instructions below:

1. Turn the sensor OFF. The dot below the switch represents OFF.
2. Wait 30 seconds.
3. Turn the sensor back ON. A red light will flash indicating it is ON.
4. Check the System Health page in your VergeSense Platform settings to see if the sensor came back online. If the sensor did not come back online, repeat steps 1-3. (ADD LINK TO DEVICE HEALTH KB ARTICLE)
