Please note the wireless (model: L302) sensors may take up to 30 minutes to connect depending on the network state. Factors that may impact the time to connect include the number of sensors, gateways, and distance between devices.
If a sensor is not connecting, please confirm:

The nearest device managers are connected.

Sensor ID is entered correctly in the installer tool.

Restart the sensor

The sensor may not connect if it is beyond 40 feet from another sensor or gateway. If it is within 40 feet, try a new sensor.
