Creating New Space Types

1. Visit cloud.vergesense.com

2. Settings > Building Settings > Manage Space Types

3. Here, you'll be able to add new space types based on your needs by selecting Add Space Type

4. Enter a name for your space type

5. Select a color (select by color picker, HEX value, RGB value, or select a recommended color)

6. Select space characteristics (size/ownership/accessibility/reservability)

7. Once you've hit save, go back to Building Settings, scroll down to the bottom, and select Edit Floor to add the new space type

8. To the far right of each room name, you'll see a drop-down menu under Type. Update the Type for each room name, and hit save
