Entryway Installation Report

The following report is to be completed by EN1 installers. The document is used to review the installation and commission sensors.  

Labeled Floor Plan

Number each EN1 sensor on the floor plan. This will be used to reference the device when reviewing the report. 

Installation Photo

Include a photo of the installed sensor. The photo should show the environment and ceiling. Stepping back will provide a wide view of the space.

Please include the following information. 

1. MAC address
2. Floor and location details/floor plan markers
3. Direction of the count-line as configured in the entryway installation tool.
4. The space on both sides of the entryway must be labeled to provide context.
5. Mounted sensor height

Commissioning Photo

Include a photo of the commissioned sensors as viewed in the Xovis installer tool. Please include the following information. 

1. Sensor FOV
2. Count-line geometry
3. Floor mask geometry
4. Count-line name
