The VergeSense Platform includes a system health summary page that provides a detailed view of the health of your deployment.
Navigating to the Device Summary Page

Click Settings > System Health
Understanding the Device Summary page:

Building: Building within this company that the floors belong to

Floor: Floor within the building that the status refers to
-
Gateways: Count of gateways on this floor (if applicable)

Repeaters: Count of repeaters on this floor (if applicable)

Sensors: Count of sensors on this floor
-
Status: Current status of the floor based on the health of the devices (more details below)

Comments: Details about the reason for the status
Understanding the Status Options:
- Healthy: The devices on this floor are in a healthy state.
- Warning: Some devices on the floor need attention. Data impact is low or minimal. See the conditions for a Warning state:

>10% of wireless sensors on the floor have weak signal strength
-
>10% of wireless sensors on the floor have a low battery (<15% battery life)
-
>2% of wireless sensors have not been reported in 1 hour

- Degraded: Several devices on the floor need attention. Data impact can be material. If VergeSense support has not already contacted you, please reach out to support@vergesense.com. Conditions for a Degraded state:

>50% of wireless sensors on the floor have weak signal strength

>50% of wireless sensors on the floor have a low battery (<15% battery life)

>10% of wireless sensors have not been reported in 1 hour

Any PoE sensor not reported in over 1 hour

Any Gateway not reported in over 1 hour (with material sensor impact)

- Asleep: Sensors are outside of working hours and may be asleep.
- Install In Progress: The floor is undergoing installation or maintenance and the device may be impacted by ongoing work
