Product Privacy Options

While VergeSense prides itself on providing anonymized occupancy data, we recognize that assigned offices or workstations may create situations where specific space-level data is no longer completely anonymous. VergeSense has a number of options to further anonymize data of individual spaces for organizations that request or require a higher level of data privacy for employees. These options include:

• Marking spaces as “Private” will remove the granular, space-level data from your dashboard, (e.g. daily average hours used). The data will still appear aggregated at the floor or building level in metrics like overall capacity usage or peak person count.
  
  
• Leveraging “Space Groups” in addition to marking spaces private, can help you view neighborhoods or offices at an aggregate level without maintaining data around individual desks or offices.
