Understanding Sensor States in the Device Management Table

Introduction

Managing your sensors effectively is crucial for optimizing your workspace. In our Device Management Table, you'll find a column labeled "State" that provides real-time updates on the current condition of each sensor. This article breaks down what each state means.

Pre-install: The sensor is mapped to a specific location but has not been installed yet.

Installed: The sensor's installation is complete and is awaiting verification. 

Partitioned: The sensor field of view is associated with a space and is pending verification.

Verified: The sensor's field of view has been confirmed as accurate.

Operational: The sensor is live and actively collecting data.

Flagged: A flag has been added to the sensor, reverting it to the "Installed" state for re-verification.
