Process Overview
- VergeSense will provide access to the VergeSense Pre-Site Installer Certification Test to all Installation Vendors.
- Installation Vendors will have all project managers and technicians that will be working on VergeSense projects take the test.
- In order to be certified to work on a VergeSense project the test must be passed with a score of 85% or higher.
- If the test is failed with a score of less than 85% the person taking the test will have 1 final attempt at going through the test to get a passing score.
-
When a project manager or technician is assigned to a VergeSense project VergeSense will confirm that they have taken and passed the VergeSense Pre-Site Installer Certification Test.
- If they have not VergeSense will request that they either take and pass the test or that a new resource is assigned to the project. Installation Vendors can use their discretion to decide how to move forward.
Installation Vendor Responsibilities
- Installation Vendors will be responsible for training their teams with the knowledge necessary to pass the VergeSense Pre-Site Installer Certification Test.
- Should an installation vendor need additional training material(s) and/or a training recap they can reach out to VergeSense Vendor Management for assistance.
- Installation Vendors will also be responsible for replacing resources who have not passed the VergeSense Pre-Site Installer Certification Test, should it be necessary, in a timely manner that does not delay the timeline of the installation project.
-
When your technicians are answering the question “What Installation Company are you with?” please make sure if you are subcontracting technicians they still put your company.
- For example, if your company name is “Top Installation Vendor US” and you subcontract technicians from “Missouri Installations”, when answering this question those technicians should answer “Top Installation Vendor US”.
