Overview
The Booking Summary report provides an overview of Bookings (the number of events associated to mapped spaces), any Actions (No Show Cancellations, Early Releases, Auto Check Ins, Rebookings) and the Reclaimed Hours or Potential Reclaimed Hours (additional time made available for Spaces that did not have Actions set up).
The Report includes an overview of Bookings over time, including Scheduled, Attended, No Show Cancelled (ghosted), Early Released, No Action, and Rebooked events, along with the corresponding number of hours for each event type. The same information is provided by Space Type, Space Group, and Space.
At the bottom of the report, a table with the "by event" information is available, which includes the event start time (based on the booking integration), the actual start time (based on VergeSense sensor data), invited attendees (based on booking integration), and actual attendees (based on VergeSense data). Average and Peak attendance for each event is also included.

Report Metrics
Scheduled Bookings: The number of scheduled bookings pulled from the Booking System Integration for mapped spaces.
Attended Bookings: The number of scheduled bookings that had a person detected by VergeSense sensors during the scheduled time.
No Show Cancellation Bookings: The number of bookings that were cancelled (the rooms released) because no person was detected by VergeSense sensors after the grace period ended.
Early Release Bookings: The number of bookings that were released early because VergeSense sensors detected 0 people during the scheduled booking.
No Action Bookings: The number of bookings that would have been no show cancelled or early released, but were not because Actions were not enabled for the spaces.
Rebookings: The number of events that were likely scheduled as the result of an early release or no show cancellation, because the Rebooked Event start time was before the original (cancelled/released) event end time.
Report Example
This report starts with a summary of the events and hours associated for the building, floor, space type, or space group(s) selected. Only data for spaces that are mapped during the integration set up process is pulled. View the mapped spaces (Admin users only) in Settings --> Integrations.
View the number of events and associated hours over time.
View a summary of events by Space Type and Space Group.
