The VergeSense G400 gateway has an LED next to the soft reset button on its side, designed to indicate the gateway’s status. Below is a guide to the LED patterns and their meanings.
Note: When you first power on your new G400 out of the box, it may display a red LED for an extended period as it initializes. This should occur only during the initial startup when it's plugged in for the first time.

Applying Network Configuration LED Patterns
If a network configuration is to be applied to the gateway via the USB C port, the LED will exhibit the following behavior upon insertion of the USB stick.
Note: Ensure the gateway has fully booted before inserting the USB stick. The gateway is considered fully booted once it reaches the Searching for Network address state or any later state listed in the table above.
