How to Restart Your EN-1 Entryway Sensor

The EN-1 Entryway Sensor is powered via PoE and can be restarted by unplugging and reconnecting the Ethernet cable. Depending on the mounting setup, it may be easier to disconnect the cable from the network wall jack or network switch rather than directly from the sensor to maintain the original installation alignment. 

If you are unable to access the sensor, network wall jack, or network switch, your local network team can assist by remotely disabling and re-enabling power to the port the sensor is connected to.
