Eptura Workplace Integration

Overview

The VergeSense Eptura Workplace Integration allows for streamlined building, floor, and space metadata updates. Like the Serraview integration, the Eptura Workplace integration will pull in space updates (space name, capacities), and alert VergeSense when spaces have been added or removed from linked floors. 

Note: the Eptura Workplace integration does NOT include floor plan images or updates at this time. 
 

Integration and Set Up 

Admins can navigate to Settings --> Integrations and input Eptura Workplace username, password, and company URL to start the integration. 

Link Buildings, Floors, and Spaces by navigating through the link set up. Manually selecting "refresh spaces" may be required. 

Functionality

Once linked, Buildings, Floors, and Spaces will update when changes occur in Eptura Workplace. Currently Building Name and Address, Floor Name, and Space Names and capacity will update automatically. For any linked floors, the VergeSense support team will receive a notification when a space on that floor has been added or removed, streamlining the floorplan update process.
