Fixing an Offline Wireless L302 Sensor

If your wireless L302 sensor is offline, attempt the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Check the last battery level on the System Health page. If the battery level is low, replace the batteries.

2. Restart the sensor. Hold the exterior button for 2 seconds. Check the System Health page for connectivity status.

3. Replace the batteries. The expected battery life is ~2 yrs. Check the last battery level on the System Health page. If the battery level is low (<20%), replace the batteries. Each sensor requires 6 AA Alkaline batteries. Recommended battery model: Energizer Max E91.

NOTE: After the replacement of the battery return the sensor to the same position and orientation. Send a note to VergeSense indicating the sensor that had its batteries replaced for double checking.

4. The sensor may need replacing if it cannot be revived via power cycling or battery replacement then contact support@vergesense.com to request spare sensors.
