Fixing an Offline Wireless L302 Sensor

If your wireless L302 sensor is offline, please attempt the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Check the last battery level in the System Health page: If the battery level's state is "Replace Now", please replace the batteries. The expected battery life for the L91 AA Ultimate Lithium batteries is ~2 years under normal operation.

    • Please note, the sensor must be reinstalled in the exact same orientation and location as it was before the battery replacement.
  • Restart the sensor: Hold the reset button found on the side of the sensor for 2 seconds. Check the System Health page for connectivity status after the sensor has rebooted.
